Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original box and use protective padding to prevent damage during transit; include a printed copy of your RMA form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will verify the device condition and serial number within 5 business days of receipt before issuing a full refund to your original payment method.
